Approximately 10 minutes from Futtsu Chuo Interchange on the Futtsu Futtsu Tateyama Expressway, and approximately 5 minutes Futtsu Takeoka interchange.
It is closer from Futtsu Takeoka interchange, but the roads in the villa area are complicated so it may be easier to get there from Futtsu Chuo Interchange.

It's the third shop past Umineko Coffee Shop.

    Access method 1: Haneda Airport
    Take Futtsu Tateyama Expressway via Aqua-Line for about 40 minutes, then turn left onto National Route 127 at Futtsu Chuo Interchange. After about 8 minutes, cross Minato Bridge and shortly thereafter turn left into the Marine Hill villa area. Go up the slope and you will see a small sign, the second house after Umineko Coffee Shop.
